Adam Stanchina joins ADERO Scottsdale as General
Manager, bringing a strong track record of driving
revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest
satisfaction. In his role, he will oversee all aspects of the
resort’s operations and implement innovative service
strategies to enhance the guest experience of Arizona’s
only Dark Sky Zone resort. Stanchina has also held key
leadership positions with Evolution Hospitality, Aimbridge
Hospitality, Windsor Capital Group, and Interstate Hotels
& Resorts. His expertise spans catering operations,
advanced hotel management systems, and strategic
sales initiatives, particularly in the crew, FIT, and tour and
travel markets.
