Health Services Industry Stakeholders Group

Meeting:  1^st Monday of every month, 8:00-9:00am at the Chamber of Commerce 

Purpose:  To support the health services businesses vested within the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona by generating awareness to the community consumer seeking need for health services. 

Vision: To be the prominent professional health services businesses or individual leaders dedicated to the ideals of health, wellness, and well-being care services exclusively located within the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona town limits. 

Mission: To advance awareness of all wellness commerce within the Fountain Hills community by empowering the businesses offering well-being services for individual community members and healthcare leadership, including stakeholders uniting by collaboration and referring professional health services available within the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona in efforts to remain local for healthcare needs/services.

Our commitment to ethics and fulfillment of health services

The Fountain Hills Health Services Stakeholders group helps ensure everyone associated within the group reflects the mission and values statements, our commitment to stakeholders and other standards that support the wellness of the community. 

These approaches set high standards for how we treat our community and other groups with whom we interact. If everyone within the Health Services Stakeholders group reflects these standards, it will ensure compassionate, high-quality, and community-focused health, wellness and well-being at all times.

Projects:

The stakeholders’ group is committed to awareness events throughout the year. Our primary events are:

• Fountain Hills Day Business Expo – Add description/information, and or link

Stakeholders’ leadership changes each year starting on July 1.
