40 hour work week passes House
The House passed H.R. 30, the "Save American Workers Act of 2015," redefining the Affordable Care Act's definition of a full-time-worker from 30-hours back to the more traditional 40-hours a week. This bipartisan legislation passed by a vote of 252-172, and now moves to the Senate, where it is expected to face a more challenging hurdle over the next few weeks.
