Presbyterian Church Offers Options for the Whole Family During Upcoming Holidays
Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church (FHPC) is inviting the local community, their friends and families to support the
church’s charitable activities as well as join the church for family-oriented events in the weeks leading up
to Christmas.
Charitable activities include:
Through November 21, FHPC’s Mission Committee is collecting turkeys for the town’s Extended
Hands Food Bank in an effort to help feed those who are less fortunate during the upcoming holidays.
The Committee if offering residents and businesses several ways to help. One option is to purchase a
turkey and foods commonly associated with a Thanksgiving meal and drop them off at the church office.
Individuals may also drop off turkeys on November 21 between 8 and 11 a.m. in conjunction with
FHPC’s weekly worship service.
Another way is to drop off a check made payable to “Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church” with the words
‘Extended Hands Food Bank’ on the memo line.
A third option is making a monetary donation online through the ‘eGiviing’ feature on FHPC’s website.

Through December 9, FHPC is collecting unwrapped gifts as part of the “Be a Santa to a Senior”
program. This program identifies local needy seniors in Fountain Hills that might otherwise not have a
gift or even a visitor during the holidays.
