Request for Letter of Support
Thank you for reaching out to the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce regarding Letter of Support process. A Letter of Support form may be filled out for any member organization or business that would like to bring awareness to an issue or concern to the FH Chamber of Commerce or would like to gain support from the Board of the Chamber.
In order to consider your entity for a support letter, please follow the procedures outlined below.
- Complete form requesting opportunity to present to the Board of Directors.
- Please note, the Board of Directors meets monthly, allow up to 30 days in advance to be considered.
- Prepare a presentation for the Board of Directors for consideration. This presentation can be written or verbal either virtually or in person at a regularly scheduled Board Meeting. Presentation should outline full scope of project, benefits to the community and potential drawbacks. Plans, architectural renderings and drawings should be included in presentation if possible. Presentation should also include clear requests regarding Letters of Support needed i.e. Town of Fountain Hills, P & Z, etc. Presentations should be limited to 15 minutes or less.
