Fountain View Village and Fountain Hills Medical Center Team Up for Skilled Nursing and Rehab

Here at the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, we are a huge supporter of community partnership. And when we heard that two of our Premier Partners, Fountain View Village and Fountain Hills Medical Center, are teaming up – we knew it was for something great!

We are excited to share the news that Dr. Ezeume, President and CEO of FH Medical Center is the new Medical Director at Fountain View Village Skilled Nursing and Rehab.  In addition to seeing those at skilled nursing there will be options for those living in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Congratulations to both Dr. Ezeume and the entire team over at Fountain View Village on this great decision and partnership. We are proud to have both of these wonderful community members as a part of the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce!
