She holds a Master of Science degree and has worked on western energy policy for over 20 years, addressing matters that affect everyday life. She values the importance of building relationships that lead to shared outcomes rooted in affordability and reliability.

Agnes has lived in the western United States and fell in love with the natural beauty of Fountain Hills in 2017. In her spare time, you can find her on the tennis court, hiking trails, or the golf course. Agnes became a permanent resident of Fountain Hills in 2021. She believes Fountain Hills is the most pleasant town in Arizona, truly representing the beauty of the Sonoran Desert with its spectacular mountain vistas.
