As a former police officer and SWAT member in Wisconsin, Julie knows that tomorrow has no promise and coaches individuals to break through their fears, live without regret, and have the courage to be who they were born to be.

Julie Jones is an Award-Winning Speaker, International Best-Selling Author of 10 books, and Productivity and Breakthrough Coach. She has produced her TV show Stop Waiting, Start Living on the Zondra network and hosts the Get S#*t Done podcast.

She is a certified Master Practitioner of NLP and certified in Mental and Emotional Release and Hypnosis. As a Working Genius facilitator, Julie’s primary role is to help individuals and teams discover their working geniuses through a structured process. This process involves exploring different aspects, such as natural talents, skills, passions, and motivations.

Julie is a master networker and connector of people and collaborates effectively to help individuals grow their businesses. She is the first-ever back-to-back Member of the Year for BNI in Arizona.  She was also chosen as one of the top 40 Women over 40 to Know in North America. Julie was recently awarded the top Empowerment Speaker in 2024, and her television show was awarded the first-ever Zontee Award for the Best in Lifestyle out of over 20 shows.

Julie lives by the motto, To Whom Much is Given, Much is Expected, and she has sat on the board of OCJ Kids in Phoenix for over ten years and has been instrumental in raising thousands of dollars for local non-profits, including Rescue Pals in Fountain Hills. Julie is extremely excited and proud to serve on the Fountain Hills Chamber Board.

Julie recently lost the love of her life, Mike Jones, the owner of Discount Air Care and the 2024 recipient of the Fountain Hills Business Person of the Year. They had been married for almost 12 years. Julie is the proud fur mom of three rescue dogs, Roscoe, Prancer, and Rocky, and a desert tortoise, Shelly. Julie is a bonus mom to Konlin Jones and his wife, Donna. In her spare time, Julie loves to travel, spend time in her tiny home in Pinetop, and celebrate the gift of life!
