Water Resources Manager | EPCOR
Victoria Samwick currently serves as the Water Resources Manager for EPCOR where she works closely on managing current water supplies, acquisition of new supplies, and engaging with regulators on water policy issues. Over the past year, she was the Local Government Relations Representative at EPCOR, where she has played a key role in managing EPCOR’s relationships with local elected officials.
Before joining EPCOR, Victoria served as Outreach Director for U.S. Senator Kyrsten Sinema, where she built relationships with community leaders, managed a grants team, and organized events for the Senator. Her earlier roles include Government Relations Manager at the Arizona Farm Bureau, where she successfully lobbied for legislative changes and led grassroots advocacy campaigns at the federal level, and Public Affairs Specialist at the Arizona Early Childhood Development and Health Board, where she launched advocacy initiatives and crafted policy recommendations. Victoria began her career in public service in the office of U.S. Representative David Schweikert, rising from Intern to District Representative, where she coordinated outreach and managed constituent services. Victoria has her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and master’s in public policy from Arizona State University.
